Our Products

Most of our pieces are made to order and handcrafted by our tailors. As a result, slight variations in colour or finish may occur between product images and the finished item — this is inherent to handmade garments and does not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or adjust pricing at any time before an order is confirmed.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

For made-to-order pieces, we may contact you after purchase to confirm measurements or additional details before production begins.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are set out on our Shipping Information page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is set out in full on our Returns & Exchanges page. Under EU consumer law (Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel a ready-to-wear order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Custom and made-to-order pieces are exempt from this right as they are manufactured to your personal specifications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, design, and branding — is owned by Adorned Couture and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adorned Couture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your purchase. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
