Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Adorned Couture piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Ready-to-Wear
Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Custom & Made-to-Order
As custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted to your individual measurements, they are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the fit or craftsmanship, please contact us — we'll always do our best to make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email info@adornedcouture.com with your order reference and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
